FAQs

How long does it take to dry?

For most carpets usually an hour or less. Wool carpets can take up to 6 hours

 

Upholstery can take up to 24 hours depending on the material and backing

Do you need access to water and electric?

Yes. Electric to power our machine and agitator and water to clean the carpets/upholstery

Will parking arrangements need to be made?

Ideally yes the closer we can park to front door the better for us.

Can you remove all stains?

No one can total remove 100% of stains. However most stains we come across we can remove or at least make look a lot better.

Will my carpets shrink?

polypropylene fibres woven onto a jute backing will shrink during our cleaning process but this carpet is rare and our technicians are trained to spot this type of carpet.

Do i need to prepare anything prior to the visit?

We ask for you to move any ornaments, flowers, lamps etc…

Also easy access to the house.

Are the chemicals you use children and pet safe?

Yes all of our chemicals are safe for children and pets.

Are you insured?

Yes we are fully insured for any damage that may be caused by us.

Is there a minimum spend?

Yes there is a minimum spend of £30.

Do i need to pay a deposit?

Yes there is a fixed £30 deposit.

When and how should i pay?

We take a £30 deposit beforehand during the booking process. For example if we quoted £50 you would pay £30 deposit and then £20 would be paid by card or cash on the day to our technician.
